Melancholy Zeros

It's all adding up to a big fat zeros. My bank accounts are dwindling away to nothing. That fact is just adding to the rainy Saturday morning blues. I sit with my mug of tea and think back to where I was a few years ago. I had a stable job and a home. Now I live in a house due to the graciousness of relatives wondering the source of my next paycheck. Just didn't realize it would get this low....financially or mentally. Granted I am here because I wanted to be here. I wanted to come home to the city I love. And I am happy to be home, just wish the city was happier to see me.
